★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a disastrous experience with this company and their service. The team chases you for orders. The individual resume writers are not approachable at all. Once you place the order though all communication and customer centricity is lost. There is no adherence to any timeline. The synch between the writing team and the front office team seems missing with the customer made to run between all these individuals. The front desk assures that they will check with the resume writer and call back, but they never call back. Also they reply without checking with their writer and relaying wrong information all the time. In my case, I got fed up with their unprofessional, rude and impolite staff( even if there are differences of opinion, the staff NEVER APOLOGIZE though as a customer I offered my apology for missing a mail from them immediately, instead they hang up on your call rudely midway) and gave a Google review earlier because the team was lying and blaming me for their own miscommunication. I was blackmailed on call (the salesperson refused to blackmail me in writing) that unless my google review is removed, my resume will not be delivered. This team does not want constructive feedback. I consider their shoddy service as my money down the drain and wouldn't recommend anyone to avail their services.
So to all don't invest your money in this fraud placement services. They are not providing until the end of your interview date. And at last they provide copy paste documents to you that was not reliable and not matching with your profile.
Don't waste your money in this third class placement services.
