★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for car wash, they used original quality foam for washing. It took 40 minutes which include water abd foam wash , internal vaccuming, rim polishing. Manager behaviour was very good . However the price is little costly. It was 400 rs.

I booked the slot at this location as it was near and convenient to me. After booking the slot, calls from the oxo care representative started that you will have to wait for 2-3 hour at this location, then I said that Give me slot of 2-3 hours later. They denied and said once u reached the location you have to wait for 2-3 hours as there is rush so can wash you car at different location which was 10-12 km far from my home. Then I said what is the logic to book a slot for car wash at perticular location since you are creating problem after booking is done and customer have to wait for 2-3 hours . Your idea to provide good service failed . Then after long discussion they allow me go and car wash at the same location. After reaching there new drama of owner stated as who send you here without asking us . Somehow I personally managed the situation to get the car wash done.
Since I booked exterior wash only so after car wash, I found the foam and water at the outer edge window when opened the window which may be entered by the pressure of jet . I informed to service boy to rub or clean this also then he said he will not as only exterior washing. This again take 15 minutes to understand them including owner that I am not saying you to clean whole whole interior of the car , Just clean what you spoil.
Advise: If someone book a slot of his/her convenience then serve him/her as this service is to save time.
