Really good hand writing in the message you want to convey. Sure, will use their service for the next time as well. The guy(owner I believe) has whatsapp on the same number in the contact us page. Made the payment and sent him the location with my order number generated to my mail. Keep up the good job?

Such a humble and Polite person I had ever speak in the retail market.
I had a problem with my transaction from singapore, the owner really responded well and assisted me politely to make transaction successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered three items a month ago nearly for Rs 3000/- , said to be delivered in a couple of weeks. I neither got for text or mail further. Been waiting for the order. But tracking status says delivered. There was no text nor email nor any signs of delivery. Now raised the issue and sent email last week. No reply until now. Looks a spurious online scam .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support and response from their people. I asked them to cancel it if they can't deliver it due to rain. They said, we will deliver by the time promised. Later when I asked for the status after 2 hours, they said it got delayed due to rain and can deliver by 10 PM (we need to celebrate at this time) and also said that if you are fine with damaged cake or something, we will deliver it. And you can see the photo how it was delivered. The delivery guy's commitment is appreciated, but instead they could cancel the order when I asked them around 6 PM itself. They deserve 0 rating for their customer care/support people. Unnecessarily they pushed the delivery guy to deliver the product even in rain, what he can do. But the flower boquet which is in tact and my wife liked it very much. For the extra money we paid for the cake than the nearby bakery, this kind of damaged product will be delivered. I don't like giving negative feedback, but the way they behaved, I could not stop giving the feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have loved to have a better experience than I did. I ordered flowers and gifts for a birthday. It was all delivered on time and the pastries were very good and fresh
The problem was with the flower basket. What was delivered was not the one ordered. I was quite disappointed with what was. However I reached out to the retailer and though late he did reply and refunded the flowers amount. And that’s good.
So I do think they deserve another chance. Time will tell.
