★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was good, even they spoke in clean and gentle way initial but there was some issue which happened with us, actually I was ready to book the room on online, cost was around 666 for 2 people for 24 hours ( 16/06/2019) I and my dad went to the counter and said we need a room they said that 1000rs for 1 room, I showed it to the manager actually on Oyo it is showing me around 666 then why you people are taking extra? He said we are not excepting online room booking there is only offline booking. I didn't had any other option and even i didn't argue, so I booked it for 800rs they made 200 R's discount. But The interesting fact which I came to know was! one of the person room no 212 he said to me that he had booked the room for 4 days in( online) How I was fooled by the counter people. in quest to earn money ( black money) playing with the customers emotional. Note: I have travel in different places of India and every time I use to book in red bus or goibibo they never cheated me. Oyo I know you are in leading but remember time changes, take care of the customer. I was totally unhappy with the dealing party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly they had provided us a different room but later when the deluxe room was available then they had shifted us in that, and TV was not working in the room but they had resolved it. In terms of location, it is on the main road and convenient to reach, even transport was easily available and there is taxi stand beside it. The stay can be much better and convenient if they could provide a complimentary breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pillow and room bed sheet was not clean. Hairs of someone wereon the pillow cover.
Food and catering was also not appropriate.
The brought food from outside the hotel which mean that the food is not made the hotel staff itself. The hotel staff didn't know the manner of not to disturb as they disturbed us till 12 o clock midnight by calling us to pay the bill etc.
At last I would just not recommend anyone to come to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They failed in giving basic amenity called oyo kit. We got only one toilet paper for basically two rooms. TV fond people should be wary because not much channels to watch. No complimentary breakfast. Acs were working fine. Rooms not much spacious. Otherwise no other issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel and party lawn are not connected directly to each other...
Hotel is facing the Indore-Bhopal Highway and the Lawn is 100-150 Meters away from highway and it take a bit of time to realize that we can't get into the lawn through the hotel but by an another road beside of hotel!
The Lawn is beautiful but their size is little less and their is no good arrangement for parking. You have to park your vehicle into a open space having no shade onto it.
and it seems far from old Bhopal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good for a short stay, specially if you have a connecting flight or train. Relatively near to airport and very close to bairagarh station. Staff is polite and helpful but do they check the room you have booked and what is allotted to you before check in. Room service is available and food was good in taste but not too good for my stomach so not sure if it was weather or the food ? Room and bathroom are spacious and were clean. I found it value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is cheap and rooms are good for the price. The staffs are helpful and careful for the needs of those staying. I booked rooms here for my parents, and even when they arrived earlier than the booked time, hotel staffs didn't make any fuss and checked them into the rooms happily.
Toilets were clean and they also provide extra bed if you need.
