★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place. Rooms are Not even worth 1000rs. And the worst part is that there is no person at reception. So like you have to wait 1 hour for even getting matress in your room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff was very rude, booked hote via OYO and paid online. Hotel denied check-in for paying online and threaten not to allow check-in if don't cancel the booking.
Such a shame on Hotel and OYO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE..
We had booked 2 rooms for 775₹ & 943₹ and made online payment via phone pay before 5 days from check-in..But at the time of check-in they simply said that "WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING PREPAID ONLINE PAYMENT..If you want to stay then the only choice is to CANCEL THE BOOKING & REBOOK VIA CASH PAYMENT DIRECTLY ..Otherwise YOU CAN LEAVE"..So with no other choice we had to cancel our booking(with cancelation charge) and had to rebook with 1064₹ &1233₹ respectively for the same 2 rooms ..
What can I say more????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sheets were dirty. There were too many mosquitoes in the room. There was no key provided to lock the room where we were staying. On top of that, the complimentary breakfast provided was also cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a new place... Hardly seen from outside.. located on the Infocity road.. behind a huge printing press building
Has a wierd and not so good main entrance
New and inexperienced staff handling out things here...
But it was a savior for me and my family.. we stayed up for about 5 days here.. young boys working here are pretty naive and cordial.. hardworking too.. rooms are pretty standard..
We spent our 5 days here post the "FANI" cyclone hit odisha and we had no electricity and water at our homes... So staying here was nothing less than heaven for us although we had to pay up almost double the price of the rooms but still we got this when we needed it the most... Really thankful and glad for my stay here.. shall never forget!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I want to say ,this is the worst experience for me & my family,my check in date was 3.09.19 & check out date was 05.09.19, we already reached to the hotel @11:30 am it was a prepaid booking,we already tired through journey then the receptionist guy was told me sir your payment mode was prepaid thats why you cant' stay here ,i am shocked!!! what is happening.later i can understand that there will be a problem with oyo & the hotel ,he told me that oyo donot paid their comisson in full & i said that is not my look out,after arguing 3-4 hours they gave me the room,& again around 7 p.m he told me leave the room immediately if you do not paid full amount in cash.i already paid through online again I have to paid in cash,
Now Feedback section
1.Checkin delay
2.I donot recommend for family because they are more concern in "unmarried couple"who are staying for only" night purpose".
3. linen are so dirty red blood spotted are there.
4.bathroom was so dirty ...
4.only two-three staffs running entire hotel & they are unskilled,unexperienced,does not understand any languages like hindi,English,Bengali,odiya always like numb.
5.they are selling room in hourly basis.
6.the receptionist forced me to make video against Oyo for their internal payment problem with Oyo.
7.after follow up 50 times they don't gave a single towel & soap,shampoo
8.outside of hotel room was so dirty
9.they don't properly wash crockery cutlery & served to the guest,if you ask for that then their reply was it's a design.
10.breakfast was complimentary but you can't eat....
11.Bed sheet,pillow cover, comforter all are red blood spotted & very dirty,all room are fill with hair.
12.they don't clean the room properly & handed over to the next guest.
13.They prepared tea for 1-2 times & store in to the thermostat & serve to the guest again & again.
