Staff shutdown the lift so u cant use it.
Bathrooms were notcleaned and not airy fowly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place with my Wife. And to be honest everything was fantastic from Service staff to food to cleanliness. I won't forget Mr. Pankaj, who handles this property and is a very generous men. If you are visiting Kota you should go for this hotel.
