hotel staff never change your bedsheet, never provide new towel, never clear until & unless you asked to do so.
no lift as well.
if you have added breakfast during booking, you will get poha, samosa, kachori only which hotel take from ground floor shop named vinayak kachori Wala. hotel doesn't have any facility at all.
even they didn't provide glass for drinking water too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management can improve a bit. I needed to call at the reception for breakfast and even after that they weren't sure to give me breakfast. They just gave me chai in breakfast. Other than that everything was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kings palace was a nice hotel, friendly receptionist nice behavior of Sorabh and he provide me a comfortable price for me so I given 5 stars,,,, room was good and clean but only one problem with my room ? there's no stopper inside the bathroom and exactly wall of bathroom there some glasses and they have some gape so anyone can see something from outsides balcony.... ill manage everything all was good ? best hotel ....
