★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel. The hotel exists *INSIDE* a housing society, up a hill. It seemed like an abandoned place.
Pathetic rooms, with the bathrooms stinking of cigarettes. The floor of the room and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for ages. The linen was also dirty.
There is NO elevator in the hotel.
Its location provided in the Google Maps is *INCORRECT*.
And on top of all this, they enforce prepaid check-in, because NOBODY would pay them at the time of checkout, having seen the horrible condition of the rooms.
My brother left his luggage inside the room, and immediately came to my college, in the middle of the night, where I was staying in the hostel, so that we could find another hotel. The OYO customer care executives were not ready to understand our situation.
After an hour of convincing, they agreed to shift our booking to another hotel, IF we sent them pictures that show of the horrible condition of the hotel.
We went back to the hotel, picked up the luggage and clicked sufficient photos so that the OYO customer care executives would not be 'dissatisfied'. My brother reached the hotel they said they would shift his booking to, and after another half an hour of talking on the helpline, he finally got a room in the new hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was always under the impression that there is good marketing and there is bad marketing. But this one in particular hotel made me realize that there's a third category called False Marketing.
Very poor service. For a whopping discounted price of 2.5k (actual shown price 7.2k), the room provided (101) was not even close to what's being depicted in the pictures. The picture depicts a lavish queen size bed, but got 2 single un-mergable beds. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled of piss. The bathroom mat has some sort of weird stains and hasn't been changed/cleaned since forever. The bed linens were crumpled and most likely unwashed. One of the bedsheets has stains on it. The wifi doesn't work.
The reception area is filled with junk. The entire place is so shabby that it resembles a shady brothel rather than a hotel.
The number mentioned in the app to call a person regarding any issue, was out of service. I had made the mistake of prepaying the booking because I was in a hurry and it was late. When confronted the manager with said issues, he said I should talk to the 'higher ups' without offering a change of room.
Worst experience. Would rate it negative, if there was an option. Please check the posted photos for your perusal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE.... there were no reception.. no room service. One drunk attendant was there who gave us key of "Room" it was not proper hotel. Its a 3 BhK. And they offer you one room of it. It was worst experience. I left room immediately.Ha boys boys ja sakte ho ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have two types of rooms. In photos on oyo they show really nice and clean rooms but in reality they do give really dirty, smelly rooms. In my room there was fungus everywhere, plants growing from the walls. There was no paint on most the walls they were literally black due to rains and fungi. It happened even when I booked the room 15 days before my stay. The bathroom was also not good. AC remote wasn't working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst. Its not hotel. Its 3 bhk flat converted one by one room. Never go. Rooms seems like 10rs per day. Chawl rooms are much better than this.
Couples nor nobody never go.

And most important thing is staff have no communication sense how to talk with guests
Will never go again
As pre the cost not good room services also
Its look like 50 rs pre day
Really guys never go there
