★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was in good location . The room was also very clean. But the main problem we faced, at the time of check in. The hotelier said that how much we paid , was not the same as their floor price. So after a long argument , he called the OYO and gave the permission for check in.. Their floor price is around ...to... So when you want to book this hotel, contact the hotelier first.

2. Rough behaviour of receptionist.
3. They charged me 30 rupees for a local 1litre water bottle.
4. Room and bathroom was dirty.
5. Soap, hand wash were not provided.
6. Overpriced food in the hotel and you're forced to buy that because outside food is not allowed inside the hotel.
7. Room was not sanitised as promised by oyo during booking.
8. Rooms did not have proper ventilation system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the OYO app it was mentioned the charges were including breakfast. In the morning they are like sir there is no breakfast. If that's the case why the hell do you mention such untrue claim and mislead consumers. In terms of room it was nice and clean. There is no parking space and definitely no breakfast. Mind them and plan accordingly. Happy stay !

Door lock was not present, dirty room
Torn and stained linen was provided, water was not coming properly,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rooms were not properly cleaned and toilet was pathetic, needed cleaning properly. intercom was not working . the images which apps are showing those were 10 years old, recents room's condition was bad, window was not properly closed, whole day pigeons were whisperings and i have faced mosquito bite in night. There is no protection against mosquito bite. Bed sheet was not cleaned.
