★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Rooms are in very bad shape. The first room we were given was in worst of condition. The bathroom door was sliding and was not functioning. There was no hot water in the room. Bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty.
We changed the room which was ok but had to ask for everything one by one, as nothing was provided. The towel provided were torn and seemed like cleaning cloth. Bathroom was all leaking. Overall condition of the hotel was also very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience... The lightning and Hall conditions are pathetic... No ac working.... The lift is also not working... No proper arrangements of washrooms.... Eating food here is a nightmare

Lift - doesn't work.
Parking - not available
Charged for the things which we didn't even use. But because they had arranged so they charged us. Trust me worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally avoid this place else you will repent like anything. I'm amazed to see people rating it 3.4 stars it doesn't even deserve 1. Terrible place to say the least, it reeks of foul smell the paint is coming off at too many places, the sheets are dirty and what not. It should be called bhoot bangla instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to compromise your comfort then this is best the place to stay. Rooms are in worst condition with broken furniture, blocked Washbasins, bathroom taps & flushes aren’t working. The room TV/AC are only for show off purpose. Pathetic hospitality and room service. Please book on your own risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its SoHo not city garden.He told me that it is not linked with oyo.tv , ac , lift nothing was working..cheap customer service.Guy who sits at night should be fired immediately.he did not give me proper bill.this guy thinks he is the owner of Gaziabad.Guys please never go to this place.When it was city garden it was awesome but now it is hell.
