★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted OYO to get the detailed address and phone number of the hotel to confirm my booking, but OYO did not help since my payment method was chosen as "pay at the venue" and after reaching the address, turns out the hotel DOES NOT exist. It has been taken over by another hotel/shady establishment that has nothing to do with the original hotel or OYO.
We were left with a lot of luggage and nowhere to go. The OYO representative I was connected to was extremely unprofessional and untrained.
