★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience with this PG. I suggest not to visit this place. No one will help you to resolve the issues you facing in this PG like only one Water purifier is working , no induction (hot plate ) is in working condition , AC's are not working and if you told them to resolve these issues, they were like yeh will do it tommorow and no one will take it seriously. So please don't visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All reviews you're reading are right. This is the worse property of OyoLife , they don't have any good facilities. The kitchen amenities are not there and in the name of kitchen you fill find only a induction. Very poor management and staff, they don't even slove your concern. And rent is too high according to the facilities they are providing. And don't go with the pictures and rent shown in the app reality is very different. In app they have shown rent something else in reality they add some tax , common area utility charges , security deposit ,your every month's rent will be different and will be increased by some amount , they make you fool in a way that you can't even question them and you don't even know the reason. If you don't want to waste your time and money please don't go their. This property is really poor and locality is also poor.

During shifting, they never told you about additional charges but every month they asked you to pay extra for common room.
Kitchen is on 5th floor and in very bad condition and dirty as well.
Manager (Sanjay) is very unprofessional.
Unhygienic property.
Don't know from how many months or years the lift is not working.
They never solve your problems.
During shifting, I asked for double bed but the manager shifted me in triple bed room by saying that no double bed room is available now but after two months you can shift in that room but still I'm in triple bed room and it's been 8 months now. Now, I'm fed up of all this stupidity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building faculties are good but staff is not helpful at all.. they don't care what you suffer . They have only one answer " Kal hoga sir abhi nahi" . Otherwise it's ok.. basic gym is there free of cost. Lifts and tv are there but lift never works.

I have been living here for 7 months now.
cons :
Room maintenance : Rs. 1798 now(went on increasing every single month since I joined).
1. Lift not working since 5 months. (Kitchen is 5th flloor, if you were thinking of using it, gas stove in the room not allowed)
2. Fixed 2Mbps and very poor wifi is only available since last 5 months.
3. Images attached show the level of hygiene maintenance. This is almost all the time
4. Just 2 cookers , 1 broken arm fry pan, 1 microwave and 2 inductions(1 frequently malfunctioning) for the common use of 110+ residents.
5. Very small parking araea as compared to the residing capacity of the property.
6. You can log complainon App. No response will be given. if you call customer support. Extremely long waiting time. sometimes more tah 30 mins.
Pros :
1. Free Gym
2. ok ok infrastructure
3. decent power backup
4. Close to office locations (MY ONLY REASON OF STAY)

Supervisor name "Sanjay" from Oyo life not guide properly for oyolife app. And it will trap your money without any kind better services. Kindly requesting you don't visit any kind of OYOLIFE property and Room.
