★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited this service center for M21 Mobile service, it was horrible experience for me.
Handset problem is _ Call Incoming but there is no light on screen and unable to receive call.
Below is my experience:
1)In service window I handover my cell phone one service lady.
2) she checked my mobile details (My hand set purchase date is 29.09.20- it's mean there will be out of warranty after 14 days).
3) she told me for wait a minutes. Will check by her senior and then only she confirm.
4) After 2 or 3 minutes she came back and show me small hair line scratch ( which has been created by them_ means servicecentre people) on screen so there will not be cover in warranty and I have to pay 4000 rupees for display change.
5) Then I try to convince her but she need not bother to listen any of my request.
So check your handset properly before going to handover any service people.
