Booked a day before, yet car didn't turn up.when telephoned at the last minute, said car will come within few minutes, waited one hour almost. Finally second driver calls asking for address (again). Said he was at Sector 5 bridge. Since already late for doctor appointment, finally cancelled. Lady, Sharmishtha, who took the initial booking did not even bother to answer the phone or call back to apologise, which was the very least expected. Once again, truly unprofessional behaviour.
