★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furniture quality is good however they have some unique policy of pay before delivery which is strange. I had a long argument with the owner and manager about this policy. Eventually I had to pay when the furniture landed in my society. They make you see the furniture at the workshop which is far from the showroom, they could send me the pics instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service & quality. They ask for advance payment & promise you good quality, but you get the worst. Later if you ask for good quality, they refuse & say this is what we have. Take it or leave it.
Since you are stuck with ur advance payment, they take you for a ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we decided to buy a sofa set and after a good search we landed to Home Interior Shop, Pisoli, Pune.
We suggested some changes to our decided sofa set and they agreed to do that.
Also we asked them to use Teak wood for our sofa, they allowed us to visit their Workshop for authenticity check of the wood and work which we found satisfactory.
Delivery was on time as per our mutual discussion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. You pay the price for the furniture in advance n then get to check the quality. Good way to get the money and then refuse to take any responsibility.
2. Though the furniture is covered under warranty, the owner wont repair or help with maintenance basically denying any post sale service no matter how expensive the furniture is. I had the sofa cloth go completely bad in just three months and the owner doesn’t bother to take care of this.
Untrustworthy and poor quality work done.
Unprofessional people who not care to respond when customers have problems.

They would take full advance before delivery And promise you 10 years warranty on the product and while delivering will deliver compromised bad quality goods
Though the furniture is covered under warranty, they would not entertain warranty form day one and would not help with maintenance basically denying any post sale service no matter how expensive the furniture is.
They would not fix Problems even during delivery so there is no question of getting warranty for 10 years. And if you demand they would ask you to wait for service but never come.
Even after making several calls they would not entertain and would would foul language and and will also threaten you
They are cheaters, unprofessional and Untrustworthy, and have poor quality work and furniture
Highly Unprofessional people who not care to respond when customers have problems and you can’t do anything as you have paid full and are scared because of their threats as I am staying alone and not from Pune
Am tired now and hence am getting repairs done for new furniture from local carpenter and had to spend 5-6 k after buying furniture for 1.5lakhs
So please please please do not buy furniture from this shop.
