★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ozone is arguably the swankiest gym in South Delhi.
They have recently introduced monthly rates which is a fancy option for new members. They rave about the gym's amenities, which include classes taught by master trainers known as the Ozone GX.
While I'm content with my membership elsewhere, I still wondered about what it's like to be a member of Ozone Clubs, Defence Colony.
How tough are the classes? Do only beautiful people exercise there?
While I can't afford its lavish prices in the long-term, I would love to try for a week through a friend's guest pass.
I believe their offers are quite tempting & reasonable in comparison with other gyms in the locality.
One week workout, OH YES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Experience & Rating- AVERAGE.
The gym in itself if good, really good. It has recently been renovated and has a great line up of equipment. Changing rooms and showers are great too. Hygiene levels are good.
However, the only thing that let's you down are the trainers. Rude, stuck up, and just so full of themselves. They don't greet you, or help you our when you as them something. Mostly busy on their phones. Especially Sujoy and Rahul.
If you're looking to join this gym, make sure you have some prior experience of using the equipment. That's because the general training system is not implemented properly.
p.s. I have been a member of the Ozone Club in DLTA for the past 2 years. (R K Khanna Tennis Stadium). I had to go to the Defence Colony branch for a week as our gym was closed. Review is based on this experience.

My Sister worked with these guys for 3 years n requesting for an experience letter but u people not issuing the same as so called accountable person doesn't respond to the calls intentanly since 4 weeks. Don't know the reason why they r doing so but if they can't support an employee who was star performer, what they can deliver to customers.
By the way they r just money making machine n can't deliver the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing ....not from gym But from there trainer ...after u pay a good money for membership even then these trainer just care about there client just for private sessions....a good thing is u can ask anything from these trainer ..they can help in that way but in another way they don't care what are you doing and how u do your exercise....they don't help you by their own...
Anyways its wonder y they charge so high...is because its in defense colony?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally mismanaged place. No warmth absolutely whatsoever, interiors more like a jewellery store than a gym. Extremely overpriced as compared to the quality of services that's provided. You can expect to be toddled there by security gaurds at the entrance. With a forced Namastey sometimes. Taking about exercises, it's still running on the age old orthodox techniques. Trainers are not fully aware of the updated science. I'm still scratching my head figuring out what's the requirement of a lift in a gym. Anyway, to cut the whole story short, I don't think for someone who is really looking to get fit and healthy and who wants a nice ambience of workout, this would be an appropriate choice. Being a fitness professional myself I can say that it's a useless place for anybody who really wants to get In shape with the proper guidance from a fitness pro. The free weights floor is cracked, temperature maintainace is greatly at fault. Poor handling and no values for either the members or the management /staff. Only the guy at the reception tries hard to get some sought of rapport among the members which is unfortunately the only positive point I see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For expats in country DON'T be phased by the initial meeting in which they paint a picture perfect environment. The front reception is about as "professional" a façade as possible. Once joining you will realize that there is not one service that they can offer through and through. If you are into fitness you probably no more than their personal trainers. (they have changed their teams of personal trainers since I joined late August last year several times--because most become demotivated because they don't get paid.) But besides that they really know nothing about fitness or customer service. In addition, if you ever have an idea or issue no one will follow-up on it. Issues of cleanliness in the changing rooms. And the sauna service is almost never working. Classes also randomly cancelled--quite often. And in terms of going to gym for an "atmosphere of motivation" it is very cliquish and unfriendly unless you are going with your friends. I know many members that have cancelled their membership and I tried to but was unable to because the management did not care. So if you are willing to pay for a good fitness place with services and facilities don't waste your money here. And there are other less expensive places if you just want to use machines, or purchase for your own home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ozone in Defence Colony has been the only salon that I have been to since the last 5 years of my stay in Delhi. A friend of mine gave me Prithvi Ji’s reference as one of the best male hairdressers in town and he was not wrong! He has been an excellent hairdresser for me over these five years as I changed my hairstyle multiple times and he always had the best advice for me. He is punctual and extremely particular with his work and does a flawless job every time without fail.
Ozone offers probably the best value for money for salon services in this area of Delhi and uses the best quality tools and original branded supplies. The place is kept spotlessly clean with constant cleaning and sanitisation. Along with the hairdressing, they have an amazing manicure and pedicure offering with a host of massage and hair care services.
Ozone is very spacious, has adequate amount of parking space with valet parking facility and is extremely clean and hygienic. They now even have a Starbucks Coffee adjoining to the Parlour where you can drop in for a quick bite and a coffee once you are done.
They accept all forms of payment and you can even call them up to book an appointment or check the availability of the parlour staff. As a guy, I would always recommend other men to ask for Prithvi Ji if he is available that day.
