Definately not a family place to hang out with family. Yeah, teenager/youngsters who are not experimental in life and like to blow few puffs are welcomed with open arms. I don't know if it's legal or not as it's illegal in several states to operate hookkah parlour.
Whereas if you have a full booking and looking for a private party that would be a different experience I suppose.
Therefore, youngsters might give it a try the one who loves tobacco.
