★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst professional ethics we experienced in a long time! The staff and manager are not at all trained to know the basics of jewellery. They lied and misguided us from the very beginning for a simple necklace cleaning job saying there's no assurance it can be fixed and even if it does, the piece will get damaged. But the same basic job was done in just 5 minutes at their Bowbazar showroom. The manager is totally unfit for his role. Utterly disgusting! Not recommended at all.
