★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for the gold rate over the phone, the person denied saying cannot tell over the phone. I found it funny. One way good I don't have to visit your showroom, as I can relate how you bheave with your customers. It's sad how a brand like PC Chandra, making issue of silly things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategically located just a minute walk from CC2. Has good collection of gold, platinum and diamonds. Parking is almost 300mts away. Overall a good experience.
One thing I did not like was none of their employees were following covid protocols, all were roaming around without mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was a regular precious stone buyer.I visited their showroom to sell Bank provided 24 karat 99.99% Gold coin.They refused to buy.Strange policy.Never will my family ever step in to the showroom for sure.My local jeweller did not even check the gold and bought it from me.Since the product was in a tamper proof packet and assay certified.

Sales personnel are polite, informed, helpful with their suggestions, enthusiastic in their profession.
