★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many people have bad experiences in government hospitals. I had a very good experience at PG. I took one of my students there at an emergency. We received excellent care. The staff and the doctors were polite and helpful. And we didn't have to spend a pie. I'm very happy with this experience. Hope they continue this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital and doctors behaviour very good. But nurses and security staff ( Some of them) very very bad behaviour. They do mentally torcher to patients and their families. Especially in maternity and gynecologist the non-medical and security staff very bad behaviour.
Otherwise the hospital is a very good choice for treatment especially for poor people. There is also availablity of no-cost treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this hospital several times, the emergency service of the hospital is good however the OPD is worst, it is dirty, not hygienic at all, the behaviour of the staff is not good, the overall service of the hospital is not good, as there are patients who have to stand in the queue outside the building under sunlight during summer, the doctors are illiterate and incompetent not all of them but yes most of them. The medical services of west bengal, infact i would say the medical services of India is not good compared to other countries and that is what disappointing.
