It was very professional, you took care of the customer till he has finished his test very efficient and effective in coordination while the multiple tests were lined up. Special Thanks Dr. Deepa Patil for arranging 2D echo test since the stress test was giving some technical challenges while performing the test. Overall 9.5/10 would certainly recommend Kothrud Mayur colony PH Diagnostic centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to this place for MRI and angio. We were the second in queue. After two hours of waiting they called our name. We thought or turn has come. Then we're told that we have you wait another 30 mins. With my mom of 84 years, we had to wait 2 1/2 hours. Very unprofessional, chaos at the front desk. We came back without doing the MRI and went to other center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my stress test done by Dr. Deepa Patil. She’s just an incredible Doctor. I was getting it done for the first time & was a little anxious. But thanks to her it went like a breeze! She gave proper guidance & the infra at PH is just too good ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience, staff is courteous and they care for their customers. Special thanks to Mr Nitin who made sure that we are well informed during 2.5 hour duration at the center for multiple tests.
I had similar good experience to share couple of months before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was ok. There seems to be miscommunication within the staff. We were given an appointment and yet they say that they don't officially have appointments. The centre is walk in. In any case, we spent 4 hours here. I believe the scheduling could be better. Trying to manage walk ins with urgent cases and appointments is not working very well. I saw multiple people complaining that they had an appointment yet had to wait or leave.
Technicians were good, reports were given on time as promised and the quality of images were very good per my consulting doctor. Staff at the reception could be more empathetic and polite. The manager took efforts to explain why our 'appointment' time wasn't honored.
