★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment time and when you get called to be seen for your diagnostic test have a huge gap. Not ideal when you have an appointment and have to wait for 45 minutes in a small reception area with little or no ventilation.
Ideally you would expect staff taking bookings know how long each appointment will take. Unfortunately this is where there is a mis-match as there is a huge demand for diagnostic services in the private sector as no one goes to Govt establishments.
So me making a fuss here ......who cares

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Had a very good and professional scan at the Aundh centre. Very good and professional behaviour of the staff at the Aundh Centre. The Doctor are very professional and understanding in the Sonography Department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no concerns with others Time and have their own priorities very unprofessional behavior..they don't have their records updated. Say one thing and do some other. Very poor management of everything. Will not recommend at any cost. Deserves minus rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No value of others time. Appointment time given and actual sample collection time has huge gap. Single staff handling registration and blood collection adds to delay. Half of the staff comes after 10 am including person arranging food. So if ur fasting for 12-14 hrs make sure u carry something with u and not to depend on them. However staff and doctor who conducts tests are good. Needs improvement on management side.
