Also, P-mech always has pleasant ambiance regarding work ethics and culture. P-mech is a family to me and what I am today in my professional career, P-mech has played a very important role in it.

though i got rejected but had very nice experience got lot of things to learn, they have very polite staff
they examine you through aptitude and technical test and if you clear it then they coduct a face to face interview with there HODs (technical) and HR personals.
the total process was nice.. enjoyed alot...
dont know much about work culture so just guessing and commenting will be wrong.
