★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For passbook update had to stand for more than 3 hours in queue.. asked for the bar code so that dont have to waste time in queue again but they said it's not available.. staffs are pathetic, third grade services... Will not help if ur account is not in this branch...they will ask you to go to your parent branch even if it is outside Delhi.. senior branch manager is an lazy ass... Won't even try to help...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much crowd. cant breathe/oxegen inside the bank. I don't understand if there is no space in the bank corridors.,why the manager opening unecessary accounts. rude staff , Pathetic services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, You have to stand in a queue for more than 1 hr. for every work you have. Other bank cheques are not accepted by the staff. Visit in bank is such a waste of time.

It cover the area of Yamuna Vihar and adjoing area , jan dhan account , pension accounts , lockers are also available in this branch.

Very less staff and their is always a rush, the PNB employees always talk in a rude way with most of the customer regardless of their age.

Manager must be someone devoting, calm and a professional skilled person.
He didn't even know about lot many things himself.
Complain to NE Delhi PNB circle office if you face any issues there. They might listen.
