★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 star if Google allows. She doesn't have any respect for patients. She only wants to empty our pockets. She was very rude when we met and started to arguments. We asked estimated cost of LASIK treatment and she said you have to deposit 1000₹ then we will tell you. She doesn't ready to take any kind of responsibility. Try other "well mannered " Doctors but don't try her.

But complain regarding Both Clinic Nursing Staff.... Cooperation and in justice with non reference or other customer. I.e. in Corona pandemic we can understand only one perosn allowed during Check up..that also not allowed for us in usmanpura clinic. And others have allowed with husband and wife.. together ..they told us to stay outside but outside also very much Spitting and not cleaning properly in this Corona situation need to proper Cleaninnes by nursing staff and resepsnist ....Doing nothing ..in terms of cleaning...
Here in PN Desai also...after us one Uncle ,two tenagers girls came and all set inside and told to us to stay outside..only...here also injustice..
Not happy..with staff Cooperation...that all..

Quality of care process..Hospital is specious and fully occupied by diagnostic instruments. Hospital staff is reliable. Must visit for EYE and ENT checkup..
