After treatment under p.r sir in Hospital our boy is well now and we r quiet satisfied with the treatment that our boy got from him and their staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor whom i met in emergency for my baby boy who is only 10 months old he is such a fraud doctor my son was bleeding a lot and they didn't even clean his blood and these kind of fake priscription they are giving without mentioning the charges they took. I highly recommend to give some menors and i thing he and his staff need the training about how to treat patients. They are just making money they are not even concern about their patients.

We visited hospital for stomach pain management( 26 oct 2021), doctor figured out something and without ultrasound he recommended admission just after providing a pain killer they asked to go to Krishna Nagar for Ultrasound(they dont have facility). Staff argue at every point, they are not interested to share information, extremely unprofessional. They mention online that they have cashless facility on portal of Vidal Health, but their Mou was expired, to get the claim we need original document for that they will ask to visit after 3 days for no reason(discharged on 27 oct 2021). When came back after 3 days they forget everything and did unnecessary arguments like(they will give only photocopies or soft scan copies). After figuring out that we are going to claim bills they even added more bills and asked for more money on 3rd day!!! all this was very strange, we paid 500 again on 3rd day after discharged(31 oct 2021). Finally doctor himself intervened and instructed to provide us the original documents also mentioned to take extra 500. The hospital is not just a hospital it something else, they presume that patients and their family are illiterate and are there from a jungle. I will never visit this hospital again the doctor might be good but he is not managing it correctly. Unnecessary and extreme greed was there with poor experience.
