★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Mitsubishi Heavy 1.6 Ton 5 star Split AC, 1year Ago from P R Marketing, Paldi, Ahmedabad.
It's interior Unit was malfunctioning since installation, The shopkeeper and Engineer convinced us that the issue will be solved in few days and the issue is because it is a new product and due to new unused mortar in the AC,i.e,. It will be solved after some use.
My problem has not been resolved since 1 year, Although all people from the company's Sales Department, Engineering department, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries's Engineering Department's Main Engineer visited and applied grease .... Which temperoraly solved my problem for 2 days .... After which it started making the same noise ..... Although their "engineer" visited ..... But he was unable to solve our problem .... Then they kept sending around 5 engineers in the span of 1 year(since purchase) but were unable to solve my problem .....
Thus, I have decided to recommend everyone AGAINST buying Mitsubishi Heavy Industries's Air Conditioners
Their customer service is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best places to purchase Air conditioners. The staff is well equipped with all the tools and knowledge. I recommend have their annual service contracts. They are very apt and helpful in the maintenance. The owner himself is a very experienced and knowledgeable person.
They suggest you with the best options as per your requirements and budget. The after sales service is fabulous. I have been dealing with them for a very long time.
I recommend this place without any hesitance. Good work guys.
