Entire Vijayawada city this place is most prominent for conducting regular events like Book fair, exibition, festival cultural programmes, Republic day celebrations, celebrities shows and many more stage programmes from eminent persons talents comes from Social, ethics, cultural. Why this place is prestigious for Vijayawada people is one side is Krishna river canals adjacent to Krishna river hence no space is available for conducting the above mentioned programmes other than this place. My sincere suggestion to Government is to keep the place as it is for utilising for the above purpose for ever.

Here is the biggest vegetable market in VIJAYAWADA and cricket ground it used for car and bike learning.. in this PWD grounds using for some cultural events and running exibition in summer times, book festival and car showrooms conduct cars exibition.. zoo also..
