I m glad I went to this place with my teacher and 10 students and we were not disappointed. We were greeted warmly by the staff who guided us throughout , we asked them for demonstration for 2-3 times and they did without any fickle , they quality of products are awesome ,they also give a 5% off on MRP by cash , totally professional none lyk krloan staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited their store in Lajpat Nagar after reading all the great reviews online. No doubt the store has a good collection of professional makeup brushes and products but their customer service is below average. I say below average specially because they claim to be professional artists. Had it been a general cosmetic store, I would not have bothered. I wanted to buy some make up brushes and the lady who was attending me was too lethargic to even show me various options that are available. I was the one who was asking her to show me this , that etc. Even after explaining my requirement to her, all she could answer me was “Mam, aap apne hisab se le lo”. This is definitely not expected from a store which claims they are professionals. They are supposed to help customers buy the right product. Either, the so called good knowlegeable staff were on leave or they only have such ignorant staff. In general, I found their staff pretty indifferent, not interested in customers. May be they have too many footfalls which doesnot turn into actual sales thats why they behave in that manner with everyone even if the customer is interested in buying.

And considering the Covid situation, one of the staff members was standing too close (even when I was stepping away).
Product seems good though.
Just bad retail experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the sales girl were nice and attentive. They didn't know much about foundation undertones and quite few things. But they will help you in selecting the best as per their knowledge.Almost everything is available on the store and also they give you 5%discount on cash payment.
