★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service and irresponsible staff. They will call you and ask me to pick your laptop and when I have checked the issue was still as it was before. The same happens 4 times and at last after escalating the issue to the Lenovo service provider which is Wipro. Then finally after 20 days I got my laptop back.

I got call after 1days His man tale me replace motherboard charges 15000
Than I am not agree with his. I ask don't repair my laptop give me back I pay Diagnosis charge but engineer were remove my chip from my laptop motherboard. I have attach snap shot of motherboar. Wast of time and money. Don't go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service so far. Even after ten days, I am still awaiting an answer to whether my Lenovo laptop will get repaired and how much it will cost! I believe their internal emails take a lot of time. Snailmail might be faster. If they tell you that they will call back, it means you should call them.

(1)No manners to talk with the customers
(2)They never pick the call or do followup, i kept my laptop for 10 days just for diagnosis.
(3) Overcharging and fooling customers, if you are not aware of the things related to laptop they will surely cheat you.
If you are looking for laptop repair please dont consult them.
