★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given the my Yamaha Fascino BS IV for servicing 2 times as there is no nearby service center. They are not even addressed my basic service work and some of the vehicle screws missed as well. customers service respond felt like bit rude. I felt like they do the service very irresponsible way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given my Fascino for service here. The service was good. They changed few spare parts which required replacement and I asked for old spare parts and they actually gave them back when o went to collect the vehicle.
The showroom is good and is located in good locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for enquiry and booking but looking at their service center, changed my mind. I have seen other service centers which maintain some standard but it look like some local mechanic garage. Outside showroom appearance is good but inside I felt there is some of sort of negligence in the approach. On the contrary, Kalyan Nagar Pacer Yamaha gives a different experience, felt like booking the vehicle on spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a Ray ZR. The staff are very friendly and responsive to calls and pings. Got my first servicing done as well and damn the service was great. Starting with the security personnel, the mechanic, the sales executive, the manager Mr Manju they've all been very helpful. The service was spot on and my bike is doing great too. I got my number plate in a week or so. The whole process of buying the bike and the first service was very great. I'd totally recommend this branch if you're in and nearby hebbal. Hoping for great service in future as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service here, staff is not responsible at all for anything, they deliver the vehicle which is very dirty and complete with oil marks. Screws were not fitted, petrol tank was open. They just know to collect money, Highly disappointed with pacer yamaha, don't recommend this actually. No proper management, no customer satisfaction, no feedback form, no feedback call after service. Disgusting service seen
