★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. They try to ask money separately for fixing certain parts. I suspect they have changed my battery as well. Battery was working perfectly fine before giving to service and i don't know how did they manage to spoil the battery
And charges are excessive. Service charge is 450 but for every nut and bolt they will charge extra. There is a 450 rupees cleaning charges as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firs of all they don't give the bike on time. They took 2 days just for a normal service. And the manager there is of no use he never clears our queries and around 50-100 bikes come there everyday but there is only 2 mechanics and they are very slow and lazy as I've seen them working. Im never coming back to this place again I've finished all my free services. I've always had very bad experience whenever I went there. Please look for an another service station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really good in service. Also if they cant give the bike the same day, they will update it to us, when we leave the vehicle for service. They will take good care about the complaints that we tell them and general service is also good. One small thing that I felt was I forgot to tell one issue about the bike, and they did not check it or fixed it. Otherwise for the issues that I informed them and for genetic service, I give 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service quality seemed to be good....the supervisor is also very good, kept proper check on every vehicle and i have also done my service here it is very good, engine becomes refined, you get a good experience, smoothness... Recently I had gone to fit my brake pads and they didn't make me wait long and installed me new brake pads. Before they asked me to go to hebbal but then supervisor was a very good person he asked them to do me the work✌️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faced delay in getting parts.. And also, they were not informing or giving me updates about the status of parts arrangement from their end.. Everyday I had to Visit or Call to get the updates.. Other than that, everything is ok.. Staff behaviour was very good.. Place is easily accessible as just near the main ring road..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very disappointed with Pacer Yamaha Hebbal service station. They changed my new new disc plate with old one in my second service of vehicle claiming that is mine. If such activities will happen in showrooms where customers should give vehicle for service. I suggest never buy or get your vehicle service from Pacer Yamaha hebbal because they change your new parts with old one. They mean suddenly my disc plate gone so old in second service
