★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my bike - KTM DUKE 200 frkm kanpur to Bangalore, firstly they told me that bike will reach in 10 days but on the 7th day of my contacting with them i got to know that my bike is still in kanpur. I got my bike after 15 days and secondly my bike was cmpletely damaged on its left side. The handlebar got bent upwards, the tank of my bike was scratched and chipped off, front visor was broken and the leg gaurd was bent and dented and even the indicator and horn assembly was completely broken. Please Don't cntact them for service, they have the worst service because on my contacting them afterwards, no one even bothered to talk to me properly.
