★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service by Padma auditors and I have never expected this from such a reputed person. It seems they have hired a bunch of freshers to compute the filing and they are doing all mistakes while filing.
This year filing in particular has been horrible where they computed all incorrect data and made us to pay Rs 60000 tax extra from the usual tax payable.
There main motto is just to get money from customers and fool them and the lady in particular who takes the call doesn't even know how to speak to customers and there is a lady called madam , they both just keep neglecting the calls and dont respond.
I would like to address that they should be fired and taught some decency on how to address the customer grievance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely NOT recommend this place. My family was extremely disappointed with their service. The people working there are incompetent, irresponsible, money minded and have no knowledge of there own work. No body responds to the calls, made numerous silly mistakes in filing which lead to the loss of almost more than 50k Rs as returns. Even after giving all the details well before time they didn't do the work until the last moment, and work done was so pathetic that we had to check ourselves and tell them that there were mistakes in what they have done. They also missed(probably didn't know the deadlines themselves) the deadlines and didn't inform us. We called them numerous times to correct the mistakes, they never responded or would cut the call when the questions became hard to answer. We were asked to pay money for all the mistakes they had done in filing and didn't correct make corrections until we paid. After paying we realized that the deadline for refunds had already passed. They tormented my family for 4 months.
I would suggest to owner to hire better people for doing the work. Incompetent, unreliable and extremely bad service. If you want to save your money then don't go here.
Honestly. I would not even give one star to this place
