★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received sms subjecting the booking details and billing prepared. But delivery boy never delivered the cylinder when we contacted the office those people behave too rudely and unprofesstional manner. Over all the worst service. I strongly recommend people should not opt for this agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good agency, since from 3 months there is bit delay in supplying cylinders due to other reasons rather than that its a decent agency, you can meet Distributor directly, he will be available to customers. We give extra 30 rp to delivery boys by our own wish and will and even delivery boy is good. i did not experience any bad situation from this agency overall its GOOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I have applied for a new connection and paid for it at the agency - Padmasrinivas - (Bangalore 560091) on Monday, the 4th of January, 2021, and we were told we could collect the Stove on 5th and gas cylinders would be delivered on the 6th of January. All I have received till date is the payment confirmation text on my mobile. I am yet to receive a consumer number or any details regarding confirmation of registration. The phone goes unanswered all the time. We went and collected the Gas Stove on Wednesday, the 6th Jan 2021, and they asked us to take the cylinders along as well. But since it would be better for the agent to deliver, check the regulator and cylinder, we asked them to deliver the same. But there literally has been no communication - least of all, we would expect a consumer number to confirm registration. This is just the beginning, and it scares me how the customer service at this agency will be. Is there anyway Bharat Gas could run a check here???!!

Yesterday I Called them About My LPG Cylinder Gas Connection was blocked And In 1 Day Only They Unblocked My Account Also And They Sent Cylinder Also that Day Only,
It's Very Helpful in This COVID-19 Pandemic Time for me...
So I heartily appreciate their service
And Recommending This Agency...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery boy ( Name SHASHI) is very roud and allwes demands extra money of rs100 or rs50 as a delivery charge.i have booked 20days back, still it is in process. Some time they cancelled the order without informing any thing. Delivery boy demands cash just after placing cylinder near door and does not allow us for checking the cylinder for gas leak. Office staff are not attentive. Lot of delays. Dissatisfied. I guess manager should be changed by management for better service.
This time I have decided to change my bharat gas distributor (Now I can see some options are available in this area).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened on 12 Apr 2022, 10:45 pm there was a heavy leakage of gas.....suddenly, we turn off regulator and called emergency number of padma srinivas gas distributor mr.sandeep gave an immediate solution...I really appreciate his prompt response and sent a technician.
We are happy for his service on an emergency situations. Normally , employees dont pick calls after office hours...but mr.Sandeep kumar gave a quicker response.
As a customer , we are not fit only to give negative feedback....we should also give feedback when we get good response ....hence ..gave a feedback...thanks !!
