 There are caves at Nigde and no special signs or symbols can be seen. There is a small temple of Goddess Padmavati.

Best view from top worth Climb of 1 hr and walk through muddy fields. Little steep climb, be careful in rainy season. Base Village Nigde, avoid going from Wahgaon village. Seems historical place, and many remains of ancient can be seen here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't follow Google map.it shows wrong starting point. Search Nigade village near Talegaon Dabhade MIDC. You will food water here. Two wheeler can go nearer to hike. But car cant so park in in Nigade village. Local guide is strongly recommended. Its very lonely place. Don't go alone. Route is not well used so unclear. Possibility to get lost.
Total 1 and half hour required to reach the temple. First 30 min plain walk through farms. Then forest and hike starts where many confusing trails. The hike is challenging. 40/50 min hike with slippery route. Avoid rainy days. One patch difficult with iron ladder. Once you reach on the top of hike take left for the temple. After 15/20 mins edge walk will take you to the temple. There are some caves here. No sculpture. A Padubai temple here. There monkeys all around take care of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trek starts from nigade village. Ask the villagers. Head towards the mountain from village for 1 km. You will come across a स्मशान भूमी. After that take right route, which is less traveled. Walk straight towards the mountain on that route. After 15 min you'll see a fence and light polls on the left side. Go near the light polls and enter from the fence. Now follow the route. There is a steep climb. Climb carefully. After reaching near rock wall, you will see a ladder that means you're on right path. Climb till the rock wall and take right turn. Walk straight to the caves and temple. Be careful on the path towards caves. It gets slippery in rainy season. It will take 1/ 1.5 hr to reach to the cave. Enjoy trekking ?
