★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb society to live with family, very spacious surrounding are, 24X7 water facility without any disturbance, very nice construction, with land scape garden & children play area, ample parking, DG facity for common lighting & lift, i visited the society as so many of my friend's have purchased flats in the society, i request to all who wants to by a new home, go and visit Padmavati society once..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not proper finishing given by builder before buying the flat make sure that builder do everything in the society like rainwater harvesting, Proper Boundary, Garden,Temple,Proper Watchman and so many problems are there in this society consult a resident residing in it because the builder is ignoring all the problems.

Reason
1. Shortage of water is big reason.
2. Not usess of Standard material.
3. Door without cermica it usess cardboard frame on plywood.
4. In bathroom door was plywood not using a plastic door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water is the main concern in this society. There are many borewell in this society but all are dryed. Daily many water tanker come while one half of society still empty. Still there is no water harvesting. Interior design also not up to the mark. Think once before buying...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here and i feel that was my big mistake of my life to buy flat in this society. There was lot of oroblem arising . So pls donot waste your money in this property. I suggest to go other because if you buy afterward builder is ignoring you for all the problem .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here.Poor water Infrastructure uptill now. Its been more than a year and garden not completed. Proper boundry wall not done. please look for other options before buying your home here. No proper rain water harvesting done. Not feel satisfied buying flat here and living here.
