Charge for hd makeup.guys don't spoil ur hard money for this saloon.pathetic staff. Take money by saying this we r using MAC product but they r using local sadak chaap product. Lots of bad experiment of people of this saloon. We missed the reviews of public due to that we spoiled our main function. Very much disappointed.

Only concerned about making more and more and more of money and zero stress on customer satisfaction. The level of patience this guy has in dealing with customers is nowhere near what a good businessman should have. He keeps on valuing his time and money and doesn’t care about what the other has to say. A highly self centered guy and an insensitive human being. Would like to get this place shut if it was in my hands.

The staff was good but the owner donot give you any warm or even smile that you are at here empty salon for any service. She was like who the hell ask you to come here attitude. We don't accept card only cash. They ask tea coffe to who come from car or paying good amount on counter a person with basic donot get offered any thing. At last i am trying not to write more of my bad experience .just giving you picture for luxury salon experience for a middle class person coming salon with a scooty. I am not going again there and expect the reader to not go there.

Worst staff, worst management and the owner is the most pathetic person to deal with. The moment you will call him for the issue you’ve been facing, the only thing he will do is “argue” with all of his senseless logic. There is so much miscommunication within the salon staff, that they don’t even know what’s the price of their own hair colour.The staff is so rude that they don’t consider you as a client in the first place. The owner should learn hospitality and so does his staff.

They run offers which are on low quality products to attract people and when you go to get good service done they will mention prices which are like rocket high. Plus the stuff is untrained they need a properly training before opening so many chains. I went there for my hair colour. The hair dresser didn’t give me proper consultation. I told him to avoid gold and copper. He showed me red and did some mehendi colour. Promised me to use ammonia free colour and smartbond treatment but never showed my any of these products and when I said they said yes they have used it. In most of the salons they always show the products before using it or mix it infront of you. But they will go inside a room and get a bowl filled with colour. My hair was in a good condition but now they have become super dry. I regret going to these guys as they have ruined my hair completely. Plus the staff is super rude and doesn’t know how to work.

When you will visit this salon they’ll offer you the best price and offers but when the treatment will be done and payment has been done..they refuse to stand on their commitment. When you’ll try to take a stand for yourself then the employees will gather together and will start arguing with you and then they gossip with another clients so that their own reputation doesn’t go off the edge. Not even -0.01% trustworthy. Will never suggest you to go there.
S	Sanya Narula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did smoothening in the name of Moroccan Oil Treatment which costs me double of the price of smoothening. That’s not it, as they are always overcrowded and according to that the staff falls short which results in keeping the product for longer in my case as the guy was attending so many other customers simultaneously! Keeping the product for longer time makes my hair burn and the whole strand fall off (I am posting it after 6 months of the treatment). My whole scalp has these burn half strands and all my hair are burnt because of the treatment. You guys calls yourself professional and you’re staff doesn’t even know about bob cut. Whenever you call them to complain they have only one line to say “ you must have not used sulphate free shampoo!” And when you go to their place they’ll say they are full of appointments they will call you some other day! The worst place to visit for any treatment! These looters are using keratin can of 200 rs and damaging everybody’s hair! Pathetic!
