★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located under HolyWeaves is this lovely and pleasant dress/saree shop run by 3 sisters. (I was actually planning on going to HolyWeaves but I also wanted a kurti and was attracted by the ones in the window at this shop). Pahanawa features affordably priced saree and kurta, dupatta and scarves. I think I paid $12 for a kurta, about $40 for some great shawls, and sarees were priced between $40-500. They had a variety of lovely styles and I would've spent more there if the ATM hadn't limited my daily withdrawal. Prices were fixed, but seemed reasonable in comparison to more centrally located stores by the Ganges. Fun shopping experience. You take your shoes off at the front door (wear socks if you don't like going barefoot).
