β β β β β VERY VERY BAD SERVICE i gave them my hermonium for full service. they took more than two months. but within one month the scale changer is not working, rids are coming out and now the hermonium is out of order. I CALLED ONE MECHANIC FROM KASBA WHO ON SEEING THE SET OPINED THat no work was done at pakrasi. he has charged me rs 1000.00 to make the set ok. BY THE WAY PAKRASI CHARGED ME RS 3500.00

β β β β β Very very bad experience. Bought a scale changing harmonium from them paying Rs. 38000/- in Sept. 2017. Went to them for due free tuning on 30th August, 2018. They didn't do anything till 19th September. I asked them to hand over the harmonium and collected it. After sometime a message from their number came to me that the job was completed and the harmonium was ready for delivery while I took it from them without any work done on it. Their behaviour over phone as well as at the reception had always been rough. Hardly show any concern or respect to the customers. Please think twice before going there.

β β β β β Good sales effort. Suvojit convinced me to buy directly from him, as opposed to a local Sydney based reseller.
Poor product quality on delivery. Multiple issues, including with the functionality, broken parts, below par physical appearance for a brand like Pakrashi (many blemishes , including on Pakrashi logo plate- go figure!) and poor polishing of the harmonium (no- I will not buy βhand finishedβ as an excuse). A clear example of poor attention to detail in product design and importantly-finishing.
Pathetic after sales service. Improper replacement parts sent. On providing factual feedback (Aug 2021) substantiated by photos, Suvojit made false promises of sending correct parts and then stopped taking my calls. Not only the promised replacement parts have not arrived to date (Jan 2022) but also I had to get the repairs and polishing done locally at my risk and cost.
Poor customer experience Pakrashi and Suvojit!
