★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I am very lucky that I found this place for my weight loss. When I came here my weight was 86.6 kg and in about 12 days I lose 4 kg. I didn't think that I also can lose weight in some days. But the best thing is Kishan sir and staff of this center are very kind, helpful and supportive. Because of that we feel happy to come here.

Just natural changes in diet and tonning table exercise, some natural floor exercises, see how your weight reducing.To maintain lossed weight follow instructions given by Pal fitness. Staffs are too supportive. Amisha mam, Mehulbhai and other staff giude us well.
