Never ever visit pal hotel again in my life .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pal Hotel is located near the Railway Station of Patna. Their staffs and workers are good in behavior. Restaurant have a fine working ACs. Food is also good and you can enjoy it there. There are few probems that i would have faced that is some parking problems, if there are so many customers then you will surely face parking problems. Also you have to wait for the next-order food if you feel you need to have some more. In Durga Puja, so so much heavy traffic and you will end up by leaving the place. Also, in food problems like i feel like some food was bit old and you also take charge for old materials. But you can enjoy the food there is no problem. Some bit old materials but still you can manage. And be in good behavior always. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and pathetic food. I had chicken biryani that was awful in taste. I bet you will get better taste and quantity at thela wala biryani. Chicken Biryani doesn't deserve 160 Rupees.Service was pathetic. They don't value customer at all. They hardly listen to you. When I visited, after few minutes fight took place between customers and hotel staff's. Very pathetic experience. I regret going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-Location- very good. Just in front of the railway station main entrance gate.
2-Quality of food served was also good.
3-Not so costly. Like they charge 80 rupees for both chilli paneer & chicken chilli.
4-Ambience- good. Little congestion is there.
5-Service is also good. The behaviour of the staffs are also good.

Poori (fried in pure ghee), aalu chana sabji and fresh crispy jalebi.
Strongly recommend this place, bang opposite Patna junction.
The ultimate quality justifies Price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adding 1 more star due to staff behaviour & hotel was open even after 12:00AM otherwise food was pathetic specially the Paneer.
You will start vomitting if you use common washroom.
