★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse. Very bad experience. Dr. Anita pal is very rude and arrogant. Very unprofessional. No machines available for ent. Outdated medicine prescribed by the doctor. Wish there could be option for negative ratings. Please don't visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I have Visited Pal Medicare Center. My Overall Experience was very bad. I Think Dr Anita Pal should take immediate help from a Psychiatrist as she does not know how to treat a human being. I went her Medicare at around 4:00 PM & asked her receptionist whether Doctors available or not. Receptionist informed, Madam is coming. When Mrs Pal just entered her cabin, she immediately started to shout on me on rude tone" Why you have come at 4 PM, dont you know anything & If i go to shopkeeper, does he open his shop for Me?" , I replied i actually dont know your Timing, that's why I have asked your receptionist whether available or not. Your receptionist informed me doctors are available that's why I stayed. I feel really humiliated like I have come her medicare just to begging for something. She does not know what's the other person is actually. Is this the approach of a Doctor to her Patient without any fault???? Mrs Pal must learn first how to treat patients first before medication as it's a perfect competition in market. Good Luck !

Literally seems like a business with the objective of maximising income and nothing else.
The receptionist is callow and has no etiquettes or ethics. You cannot talk to doctor directly. Receptionist is highly ineligible for his job.
Being a common Indian, I managed to pay the consultation fees and after 2 days they asked me again to pay the huge amount.
This autocracy should be regulated. Rather do a business than a medical care centre.
