★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing and unprofessional. Gave my racket for stringing first time and left a significant gap at the bottom which will make string prone to breaking early.
Went there second time and asked if he could do by evening. If yes, I would collect. He also gave the visiting card with mobile number. When I called in the evening, it turned out that incoming calls on that number are deliberately blocked so that customers can't "pester" them. While collecting the racket when I pointed out, he feigned ignorance.
Basically unprofessional guys. Given they operate out of narrow village road with nightmarish traffic, I will probably consider some other option next time.
Edit 1: Just after playing just three times after restringing with them, the string broke. I somehow had a gut feeling their work is shoddy. Anyways, I went to the shop again to show them and to see if they can do something about it. Their answer was it is just a coincidence and were not willing to accept any responsibility or even empathy and that too in very rude manner. I will never go there again, and got the stringing done at old Viva badminton academy who were very professional, called me when it was ready and did the job for Rs 50 less than Palar sports.

Ranging from Cricket Bats to Badminton Rackets, Track Suits to Sports Jackets, Running Sneakers to Sun Protection Caps, Gloves to even trophies for the winners, you just name it and you get it here. I got my track pants and also polyester tshirt for running and is of real good quality. The price is nominal and accepts card and cash payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING--- Unprofessional, Reckless ,Ridiculous, Broke my brand new racket which I gave for stringing, The person who puts the string is having no clue of what he is doing, they take least care about the racket and least bothered about it. the shop keeper did not even agree to pay back or compensate for neither the racket or atleast the money he charged for stringing. My bad, I saw the racket broken only after making the payment for stringing. Refer to the attached image for proof of the same. the crack happened in the exact same place where your racket will be held by the stringing machine, he has put extreme pressure in it resulting in breaking the racket. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, Later I came to know from my friends that they even sell fake items (fake rackets, fake strings). I regret taking by Brand New racket for stringing to this WORST SPORTS SHOP, beware else you will get exploited.
