★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I did the hair color at Palasia Salin hub mall. They were so professional. All safety measures were taken. Ajit, the person who did my hair was so professional in doing hair color. He knows what he is doing. I am in love with the color. Thank you Palasia and Ajit. Recommend it to everyone.

I am quite responsible for mouth to mouth marketing of this salon and have recommended it to all my friends out here. The staff is cooperative and understands your need. Special mention to Padma who has been my consistent and always go to girl. She does amazing job be it any service and with such great ease and perfection. Highly recommended for her work and her patience and passion for whatever she does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In these covid times was really worried to get a haircut done....But what needs to be done needs to be done. Hence I contacted palasia salon as its closest to me.
Took an appointment over the phone and reached the salon to see all the precautions being taken for covid...All the disposable, courteous staff and most important amazing hygiene..
I got my haircut from Ajit who was very gentle and a great stylist. At this time money doesnt matter to me but my safety does so I would highly recommend this place if you give your safety the priority

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I just got a haircut done from palasia. To my surprise, the service this time was not even worth considering. The staff was polite like always. Despite telling multiple times that I have an occasion planned in 10 days and clearly guiding what style I need, my haircut was extremely bad. In fact, my old hair cut which I clearly told to retain was all gone. During he cut, when I tried to guide/discuss the cut with the artist( I know the name, but won't post here ) , he insisted "Arey madam, hamara roj ka kaam hai.. hamko pta hai ".
I am shattered with the way my hair is looking like. I know it will grow back in some time buy the event which is after 10 days, I am scared, afraid , tensed what not.
Also, I would like to call out the supervisor here, if a client is telling that there is an occasion coming up, can't you pay any extra attention to them !!! BIG QUESTION !!!
