The staff is soo amazing that they make your experience here a memorable one. Makeups of this place are just Amazing. The ambience of the salon is soo luxurious and the prices are so reasonable as compared to the service they are offering.I recommend everyone to visit this salon and try out there services. Great going guys. Keep it up. Finally a luxury destination for people in East delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst makeup artist they charge so much but do not give satisfactory services. Do not go for bridal makeup. I got my engagement and wedding makeup from them but it was biggest mistake of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, nothing like some people have mentioned or portrayed it down below, they have the best staff which is very much cooperative and listen keenly to the interest of their clients and then choose the best treatment for them. It is named luxury for a reason. The services and products are top notch, if anyone thinking of going their don't give it a second thought i am pretty sure it will be worth it. Other than the services the staff is very polite which you won't find it these days in other salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I , Vishakha have been a regular customer at Palette. Lately have noticed the standards of cleanliness have been coming down. During my last two visits; one as recent as this Tuesday; there was hair lying under the chairs.. obviously things had not been cleaned up post a haircut. For a salon that prides itself on being Premium; this level of cleanliness and hygiene is just not acceptable. Management definitely needs to look into this urgentlu; its a huge put off for customers
