★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unethical hospital out there, doctor will prescribe test from imaging centers where they get there commissions from. Surprisingly a maternity hospital does not have basic Ultrasound machinery.
Nurses would treat patient as they are deprived and would pass on derogatory remarks. Putting up posters that you respect people does justify.
If your looking for delivery on weekends please get of to private hospitals otherwise they will condition worse and let person die at safdarjung.
It's a commission earning prescription centre not a maternity hospital. The worst investment NDMC is making .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital and staff is okay, the only thing made me rate this hospital so low is the behavior of guards appointed there. the guards there are rude and manner-less. and still there is no action been taken against such people by the hospital administration.
so if you are visiting there make yourself prepared to be insulted by these guards. now a days they dont allow husbands to enter inside. they consider themselves as owners of the hospital. shameless people.

They ask you to get ultrasound from outside where their commission is set due to which Lab charges high charges compared to market rates and if you get it from any other lab they will reject it and again ask you to get it done from their set labs. Although ultrasound facility is there but not functional.
There is nothing like govt hospital. You have to arrange everything at your own cost from market which may cost you around 10K at the time of operation. They deliberately force you for operation since they don't have facility to operate in emergency situation.
In the beginning it was good in terms of facility and services but now in corona situation when people need more support from govt and doctors, they have become more greedy and self secured. They harass pregnant ladies and their family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital and the staff is good and well maintained. They help you beyond their limits. But the security guards out there at the entrance are very rude and they don't have sense how to talk to others and the contact number which is mentioned on the website is just for showing and nothing else. Your call never picked up cause it's a government hospital. Government should intervene in this. 4star only for doctors and the staff. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service , doctors behavior are not good , they sent me outside for ultrasounds where price are more expensive then other areas, and I shoked when at the last movment thay reffere us to safdarjang to delivery process, and reason is this that ICU, blood bank , and nursery are not avaliable in owns hospital , worst service, unexperienced doctors , worst management

More then other staffs, Security guards, attendant and others behave like they are owner of the hospital, only thing made me rate this hospital so low is the behavior of guards appointed there. the guards there are rude and manner-less. and still there is no action been taken against such people by the hospital administration.

I personally suffered by these activities.
So plz if you r making a plan to go this hospital then plz take care of your patients and be always there, and if you also get treated like this then take a legal action against them who are involved in this manner-less character
