★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palki is an extremely overpriced and overrated banquet hall, and post-COVID, is in a dilapidated state. The arm chair for the bride was broken, and they could not replace it resulting in an embarrassing situation. It is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, and they could not even provide any mosquito repellent. We bought a Hit spray which saved our day. The ground was extremely uneven with rubbles everywhere, and they have just used a thin carpet to cover that, which made it so dangerous that anyone can stumble and fall on the ground. The managerial staff weren't available when called for to address these issues. It was unclean even on the day of the wedding. No efforts were made for even a preliminary sanitization during the pandemic.
Given the price they have charged, they should have provided wooden chairs, instead of that, they had arranged cheap plastic chairs with a decorative cover, and that too not enough. It would make you wonder that for what did you actually pay the lumpsum for? Absolutely appalling and complete waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good marriage hall for 200-250 arrangement. Communication is good but there will be traffic. Dnt book room for night stay with the marriage. There are mosquitoes and no maintenance for night stay room. Views are good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks back I had my wedding at this venue. From the time we had booked the venue almost solely for its proximity to our location, we had issues reaching the management. There's only one person handling the management of the venue and the owner never speaks directly to any customer. Hence every deal that has to be struck must be done through the manager alone and are almost non-negotiable. The venue also demands that vendors for decorations, electricity etc. must be selected from their own team. This is acceptable only if there are at least two options in any category.
Further, these vendors charge almost as they please and once again, not much can be negotiated. It leaves the customer with no option but to pay exaggerated prices for simple decorations. Chairs priced at 1200 each are just plastic chairs covered with white cloth. The service during the wedding was awful. Broken chairs, mosquito nests, unclean rooms with cobwebs and stench. The managing team did not attend to any of these issues. Instead we were told to make do with it anyway.
This venue isn't fit to host any event, let alone something as big as a wedding. Having plenty space doesn't warrant the absolute lack of sense in using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really big and beautiful shape for beautiful decorations. Inside and outside both are having very huge space. It has a timing till 10:30 pm to 11 pm only can be keep opened. Obviously Rent is good enough. If you got really good money in your pocket , then must go for it. Birthday party or marriage or anniversary anything can be celebrated here in a peaceful way. And also this place is rented to the higher authority public.
