★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever seen!! They are not at all good at organising any kind of event. Never go to this Mandap for any kind of occasion. Very disappointed with this kind of service. Miss Akanshya who's the incharge switched off her phone at the time of need. She didn't kept her words at all..She only knows how to Convince her customers by her sugary words... Very dissapointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to attend our friend's wedding at Palladium. Didn't know that such a nice vanue is there in the heart of city. Overall it was a good experience with nice food, music and decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience yesterday. On the top of stage there was tarpaulin which looked so bad so bad that we can't even explain. Water bottle quality is very bad, the cap of the bottle not opening properly and we have to break open the cap to drink and not provided sufficient bottle at the end when guests are feeling very thirsty. Ice cream was getting melted. Staff are hiding food at the end and not serving properly. Whatever we are asking to serve, they are saying it is over but actually they are hiding inside. Soaps not provided at wash basin and the wash basin was over flowing. We tried contacting the in charge Ms.Akhankhya, but no response and never cared with all the difficulties we faced. We are utterly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request everyone not to do any function there..bcoz the palladium staff are very bad in terms of commitment, behaviour, arrangement, etc. Ultimately your total plan will be spoiled.. And their manager miss Akankshya is very dangerious lady.. She has cheated us at the very last moment of my occasion and when she found us helpless she charged us additonal one lakhs extra. I had a very very terrible experience arranging my marriage at Palladium courtyard. Sincere advise to evwryone not to spoil your special occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had reception on 13th march 2019 and gain very bad experience. It is totally not satisfactory. The catering staff are hiding food even water also when the guest are thristy. They are also hiding the icecream when we asked for it. In coldrinks bottle they filled with water and serve us. The decoration was not totaly good where the bride was seating. When we tried to contact Ms. Akankhya she has switched off her mobile. She is not at all eligible and feet for this job. She doesn't khow how to tackle the problem and run away from it. As a owner I request you to do some necessary steps for better performance other wise results will be very bad in future.

Best return of the cost, really impressed with the behaviour of the owner and in charge as they give a personal touch to the event. Guests were very satisfied with the food quality and taste. Looking forward for our next event with you.

Living in Bangalore for more than a decade, our expectations were quite high regarding food quality, guest service and decoration. We had booked the venue two months ago and had a clear discussion about our need. The lady manager was quite impressive and accomodated our needs pretty well. During the day of event, we got everything as per our need. Food taste and quality was really good. Staffs are very friendly and responsive. Big thanks the service staffs for their wonderful guest service.
