★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this shop just now and it was terrible the lady owner is just an arrogant south Indian lady who doesn't know how to speak to customers I went there to buy a dress material for my mom for her birthday I said her only this that do you have dress material which has work on it bec there is this store in Thane of garden vareli and my mom has buyed those work dress for herself which she loves so I suggested this to her that do you have those plzz show me those kind Bec I am not at all the kind of person to create mess in store and buy nothing and leave, but this oversmart arrogant selfish and retarded woman replied me saying if you get those kind of dresses there then go there and buy, I did leave the store immediately and was totally in shock for the experience which she gave me, stupid woman doesn't know customer handling and customer interaction at all worst store of Pune I won't recommend anyone going there and getting themselves insulted from this unmannered person no doubt there is no stock and nobody visits the stores and no wonder she might have got frustrated because of killing mosquitos in her shop. And thank you if you read this Bec I did find a grt material from the store named Panchali thank if you don't know how to handle customer plzz shut your God damn ugly looking and stupid store. If I meet her in person I would take her to customer court straight. Best of luck for your future????????????????????

Though I am her regular customer , the way she handled a minor issue just reflected on her upbringing and terrible nature..Top it with her loud and arrogant voice..And absolutely disgusting personality. She has no regard for the customers..Whoever said customer is king. Will never go to the shop again.. Would advice others to stay away as well... GOD BLESS her and the shop.
